Innotech
offer a complete custom design and manufacture service for polyethylene
tanks predominately used for trade and domestic waste and water
treatment. Innotech has established itself in the market for the
fabrication of plastic tanks, compared to the more traditional concrete
tanks, as plastic tanks are lightweight, easy to handle and quick
to install. This also means they are easily transported and can
be loaded and moved to site on your own ute or truck therefore minimising
freight costs. There are also more cost effective options as they
save not only on transportation but they take far less time and
expense to install and set-up.

Despite being light and portable these tanks are also very robust
and durable. All Innotech’s tanks are rigid, strong and non-porous
which means no osmosis or leaking occurs. They can also withstand
impacts, which means there is less chance they will be damaged and
you will lose time while the tank is repaired or replaced.
These
plastic tanks are also long lasting, UV stable and as the material
is non-biodegradable and it is capable of outlasting most of the
available conventional materials. All tanks are also non-corrosive
meaning they can withstand acid or alkali contact and are resistant
to all commonly used concentrated detergents and cleaning agents.
Their non-stick and low friction surface makes cleaning the tanks
easy and effective. Reducing the labour and costs involved in cleaning
some of the other more traditional forms of tanks.
Although
Innotech offers a wide range of tanks for waste storage and transport
they also specialise in Bunding. Under regulations from the Environmental
Protection Authority and the hazardous goods classifications, Bunding
is required for the storage of hazardous goods and material. Bunding
is essentially a second tank that contains a holding tank that can
hold 110% of the storage tank content. These have to be built to
specifications meeting DOME (Dept of mineral and energy) requirements
and our tanks are fully approved. Bunding tanks can be built for
up to a 25,000 litre capacity.
Prominent tank clients include the Water Corporation, numerous
waste treatment plants, Kalgoorlie Gold mining and various other
organisations.
