Innotech
offer a complete range of rigid plastic lining products that are
formed predominately from polypropylene and polyethylene. Once produced
the rigid sheets are welded together they become impervious and
far more resistant to corrosion, chemical attack and degradation
than other more conventional materials i.e. Concrete, steel, fibreglass
etc.
Rigid lining’s can be used as protective lining’s to
septic tanks, drainage, storm water trenches, absorption trenches,
in-ground pits/tanks, above ground tanks, silos, neutraliser dilution
traps, grease traps, waste containment tanks and many other forms
of waste and abrasive products holding and disposal.
Innotech specialise in rigid plastic lining as opposed to flexible
forms of lining. They can custom make their rigid products to any
customer needs offering a more durable, strong and portable solution.

Innotech’s lining also contain built in spark testing facilities
for ongoing maintenance or leak detection processes. The linings
are also impervious to attack from aggressive chemicals, acids or
strong alkalis, abrasion and wear and in the case of polypropylene,
temperature ratings of up to 100 degrees Celcius. Although they
do not generally involve themselves in butt welding of poly pipe
they do however specialise in ‘In house’ pipework formation.
In
many cases commercial establishments require plastic linings because
their current disposal system, usually concrete, have begun eroding.
Hot, toxic or aggressive waste material can wear through render
and therefore begin to destabilise brickwork and concrete causing
cancerous damage, enabling toxic material to leach in to the groundwater
causing environmental damage.
Some of the diverse clients for Innotech non-corrosive plastic
linings include the University of Western Australia, Curtin University,
Radisson Observation City, Bakewell Pies, WA Health Department,
military facilities and many others.
